Анализ и тестирование кормов

Зерновые и бобовые культуры являются основой кормов для свиней и куриц. Они содержат ряд неперевариваемых компонент, таких как поли- и олигосахариды. Арабиноксилан из пшеницы и бета-глюкан ячменя увеличивают вязкость содержимого кишечника, тем самым уменьшая скорость потребления корма и абсорбции питательных веществ.

Эти проблемы можно решить, добавив к корму необходимые ферменты, такие как эндо-ксиланазу и бета-глюконазу.

Основынми неперевариваемыми углеводородами бобовых являются раффинозные олигосахариды. Они могут быть переведены в усваиваемые сахара, обработкой их альфа-галактозидазой. Комапания Megazyme разрабатывает и выпускает наборы для простого и специфичного определения подобных углеводородов.
